Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Develop and implement effective community management strategies to engage employees and promote company culture.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
  
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during the entire employee lifecycle.
  
• Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
