Role & responsibilities

• Identifying new products and processes to be developed, or improving existing ones

Coordinating with various business departments, such as production, stores etc.

• Testing and researching the effectiveness of new or improved products before initial market launch
• Monitoring existing products to ensure they are performing as they should

Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.

• Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
• Document all phases of research and development.
• Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in-process and finished products.
• Strong R & d experience in Bakery, confectionery & Savouries foods.
• Creative thinker can generate innovative ideas and escalate it to reality.
• Hands-on experience in managing or leading a team of employees
