Quality Control Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and approve sources of raw materials from time to time.

Making Test reports of Raw Materials, customer request and Finished goods and filing for records.

Maintaining the Quality of incoming, in process and finished products within the defined standards and meets requirement.

Should have Leadership skill, Quality execution skill.

Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Incoming, In process and final inspection experience on raw materials and finished goods

Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.

Planning, Scheduling an Executing Third Party Inspection jobs.

Updating and Maintaining Quality Assurance Plan as per customer requirement.

Should be able to handle third party inspection and client inspection.

Fill in quotation for inquiry sent by client, calculation of weight and raw material.

Client handling in case of technical discussion regarding Quality Control and Quality Check.

Good communication skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate needs to have basic knowledge of computer (Word, Excel, Email communication, etc)

Candidate should be able to handle basic instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc

Knowledge on Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel Pipe, Pipe fittings and Flanges is preferable
