Role & responsibilities

ONLY MALE CANDIDATE

• Process invoices: Research and enter invoices, and ensure they are processed accurately and on time
• Process payments: Verify transaction information, schedule payments, and obtain authorization
• Collect revenue: Remind customers about overdue payments, and notify them of insufficient payments
• Reconcile accounts: Compare statements and transactions to ensure accounts are accurate
• Resolve discrepancies: Investigate documentation, issue stop payments, and make adjustments
• Prepare financial reports: Analyze account information and trends to prepare financial reports
• Maintain accounting ledgers: Post account transactions to accounting ledgers
• Provide customer service: Respond to inquiries from customers and vendors
