Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Quality Assurance Planning: Develop and implement Field Quality

Assurance Plans (FQAP) and Material Quality Plans (MQP) in alignment with

client requirements and expectations.

• Project Plan: Develop a comprehensive project plan and coordinate with the

QA/QC team to establish a quality system tailored to project tender

specifications, ensuring expertise in HVAC and MEP packages.

• Quality Assurance Processes: Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance

Plan (QAP) using the 6M process, focusing on quality metrics and defect

analysis.

• Training and Awareness: Conduct quality induction and training sessions for

quality engineers, supervisors, and workers to promote quality awareness and

best practices.

• Quality Control Methods: Identify and apply effective Quality Control Methods

(QCM) using five key control techniques to monitor and improve product quality.

• Inspection and Testing: Carry out inspections at various stages of fabrication

and construction per the approved Inspection & Test Plan, ensuring adherence to

quality standards.

• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain quality documentation

records, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Method

Statements (WMS), and Quality Monitoring Charts (QM).

• Commissioning and Final Inspection: Verify the commissioning processes,

conduct first lot inspections (FLI), and ensure final inspections are completed

before pre-commissioning or rectification.

• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with engineering and project

management teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into all

project phases, from design to execution.

• Material Inspection: Conduct incoming material inspections and prepare

detailed inspection reports, ensuring material traceability and compliance with

specifications.

• Non-Conformance Management: Address non-conformance issues, prepare

Request for Inspection (RFI) reports, and coordinate with clients for approval and

follow-up on corrective actions
