Manager - Commercial Inspection ( Feeds and Derivatives)

Job Summary:
To enhance our feeds and derivatives inspection and testing business in the Indore region, we are considering the addition of a dedicated Manager. This position will be responsible for supervising sales, driving business development, and managing operations to guarantee smooth client service and business expansion. Indore, a vital center for feed and derivatives trade and home to a major rice mill belt in close proximity, presents substantial prospects for market outreach and revenue escalation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to grow the Feeds and Derivatives Inspection Services division.
• Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand the client base.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to industry standards.
• Maintain compliance with national and international regulatory requirements for feed and derivatives inspection.
• Lead a team of inspectors and technical professionals, ensuring high-performance standards and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and quality assurance, to enhance service offerings.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics for the division.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and regulatory meetings to build brand awareness and industry credibility.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and service quality improvements.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of Proven experience in the TIC Industry, preferably in feed, grain, or derivatives inspection services.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, quality assurance processes, and inspection methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and operational management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and operational oversight.
