Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 9-15 years of experience in managing plant operations in heavy industries, particularly in manufacturing, ferro alloys, or similar industrial plants.
• At least 8 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing compliance, legal affairs, and overall plant management.
• Experience in handling statutory compliance and government regulations (including environmental laws, safety standards, and labor laws) in a plant environment
