Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage commercial mall projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Oversee project estimation, including preparing BOQs, costing, and billing.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Mandate 10+years of experience in civil (commercial projects).
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial malls or similar projects.
