The Organization was founded in 1977 a brainchild of visionary leader Mr. Nandkishor M Shah. The company started taking contracts for irrigation projects and over the period has expanded its horizon in different disciplines of civil engineering. Over the Years Company has completed over 150 challenging and time-bound projects in ma---me ---structure that included canals, dams, reservoirs, KT Weirs, Storage Tanks, National Highways, State Highways, etc. The Organization has grown its dimensions in different domains of Civil Engineering. As the construction business flourished, they leveraged our management expertise and began to look at new strategic business opportunities and entered in High Rent Yielding Commercial Real Estate business in 2015. The company has acquired prime land parcels at 10 different locations across the country and has forayed into leasing spaces for retail outlets, retails, Hotels, F & B (Food Courts) outlets, and Offices.
