1) Oversee all stages in the sales automation and effectiveness 2) Overall project management and support for sales automation tools. 3) Implementation of SFA for sales team and DMS for stockists 4) Numeric distribution 5) Beat optimisation of all states- Route restructuring 6) Removing counter duplication in beats. 7) Responsible for accurate secondary sales data capture from SFA and DMS. 8) Identify market problems, analyse area of improvements and ensure discipline among frontliners and sales officers. 9) Sales officer incentive designing through SFA and its implementation. 10) Monthly target vs Achievement and tracking of sales officers and marketing sales staff. 11) Manage beat alignment and town to outlet mapping for pan India. 12) Help in data analysis of retailers and SKUs through SFA and DMS. 13) To provide analytical support in form of dead outlet, ECO, TC, PC, UPC, UTC, LPC. 14) Drive overall numeric distribution, new outlet addition, non buyer reduction. 15) Train sales officers on SFA and Stockists on DMS.
