Objective of the Role:
Lead the strategic direction of a fast-growing real estate company backed by premier investors. Work directly with the CEO and leadership team, significantly influencing business outcomes and organizational growth. Reports to: CEO
Serve as a key liaison between the strategy team and the CEO, ensuring effective communication and execution of the CEO's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the strategy team to design, implement, and drive company-wide strategic initiatives and objectives.
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to define long-term business goals and ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Manage high-priority projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities and risks, guiding business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain scalable frameworks for tracking and reporting performance, including setting KPIs and evaluating progress against organizational goals.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams to align on strategic priorities and ensure seamless execution.
- Provide thought leadership on industry best practices, innovation, and process optimization to maintain the company's competitive edge.
- Mentor and develop the strategy team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience in leading strategy teams, with a strong track record in strategic planning and execution.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and mentor high-performing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Prior experience in consulting, strategy, or leadership roles in real estate, startups, or related industries is preferred.
Education & Experience:IIT/IIM (IIT Mandatory), MBA preferred
