Estimation Budgeting Engineer/ Cost

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, estimates, and tenders for various projects.
  
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement of quantities from drawings and site visits.
  
• Develop rate analysis reports based on market rates from vendors and subcontractors.
  
• Create bill of materials (BOM) for project execution.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost estimation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.)
  
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards; ability to apply this knowledge effectively during estimation processes.
  
• 8 -15 years of experience in civil engineering or related field with expertise in budgeting, cost estimation, and quantity surveying.
