Age Criteria - Age should be more than 38 yrs
Job Role -
The Estimation Manager will be responsible and accountable for managing complete Estimating and Proposal activities of all RFQs / Projects being tendered for Mechanical Services – Shutdowns & Turnarounds, Revamp & Minor Construction, Rotary, Insulation, Maintenance term contracts and any other new business.
Provides accurate estimates and high-quality proposals to customers and ensures full adherence with tendering procedures.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice, cost estimating vision, strategy, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
Identification, Evaluation and ranking of risks in the tender as well as developing a strategy to manage the risks to Company.
Review, analyse the Job Cost report and develop Historical information, Lesson Learnt and make recommendations for the process improvement.
Ensure appropriate monitoring, reporting systems and procedures are in place to meet objectives.
