JD for Contracts Administration
1. Studying Contract Agreement thoroughly and communicating Contractual Issues, preparing contract appreciation document (CAD)
2. Drafting letters / replies to Client regarding Contractual issues. Maintaining the Contractual Correspondence exchanged between the Contractor and the Client.
3. Identifying, Preparing and Quantifying the Contractual Claims like Variation/Additional works.
4. Analysing the delays caused in the project and applying for Extension of Time.
5. Identifying the Areas of Dispute.
6. Providing assistance in drafting Statement of Claims & Statement of Defence for Arbitration. 7. Pre-Arbitration and Arbitration Proceedings
8. Timely and detailed reporting of the status of Contractual Issues to management. 9. Analyse and review of tender documents & identify commercial queries & deviation required for tender submission.
Qualification: Btech/ BE- Civil, NICMAR (preferable)
Location: Mumbai HO
