Associate Lead - Quantity Survey and Estimation

We are seeking an experienced Associate Lead in Quantity Survey and Estimation with a solid background in the Data Centers industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quantity surveying and estimation processes, rate analysis, ensuring accurate project costing, feasibility study, and deriving quantities and costs for materials and labor. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to prepare tender packages and contracts, manage risk, and implement value engineering and cost control measures. Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quantity surveying and estimation processes for data center projects
• Conduct thorough project costing, including feasibility studies and analysis
• Derive accurate quantities and costs for materials, labor, and timeframes
• Prepare comprehensive tender packages and contracts
• Implement risk management strategies
• Oversee value engineering initiatives and cost control measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success

Experience
