- Develop dashboards and reports to track ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and other KPIs.
- Customer Retention & Loyalty: Build strategies for email, SMS, and push notifications to enhance retention, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Collaborate on loyalty programs and initiatives to engage repeat customers.
Creative Collaboration: Partner with design and content teams to create impactful, on-brand ad creatives that resonate with our audience.
- Test variations to identify high-performing creative assets.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Experiment with targeting, ad placements, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct deep analysis of test outcomes to refine strategies.
- Budget Management & Efficiency
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and achieving targeted returns.
- Allocate spend effectively across channels to balance acquisition and retention goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in D2C performance marketing (experience in lifestyle brands is a plus).
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
