- We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager who can manage the entire HR function, with a strong focus on hiring for senior-level roles, leadership hiring, and decision-making.
- The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance, while also driving HR strategy for business growth in a D2C fashion startup.
- Leadership & Senior-Level Hiring - Lead hiring for mid to senior-level roles, including leadership positions in marketing, operations, design, product, and strategy.
- Work closely with founders and department heads to identify talent needs for scaling the organization.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future leadership roles.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Oversee end-to-end hiring for all departments in the organization.
- Conduct HR round interviews, ensuring candidates align with the company's culture and long-term vision.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent from D2C, e-commerce, and fashion industries.
HR Strategy & Operations:
- Define and implement HR policies, compensation structures, and organizational frameworks.
- Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Streamline HR operations, payroll, leave management, and performance tracking.
- Employee Engagement & Performance Management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Implement structured performance management and appraisal processes.
- Develop career growth plans and training initiatives for employees.
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on workforce planning and HR best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational efficiency.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a D2C brand, fashion industry, or e-commerce startup.
- Strong recruitment & talent acquisition experience.
