Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the complete employee life cycle.
Reporting directly to the founder, the HR Manager will focus on talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, learning and development, and administrative functions.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with the company's vision while ensuring smooth operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and post job advertisements, ensuring clear and compelling job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct resume screening, initial phone interviews, and coordinate assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a seamless recruitment experience that enhances the employer brand.
- Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and benefits.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Utilize recruitment metrics (e.g , time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.
- Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry organizations.
Compensation, Benefits, & HR Compliance:
- Analyze and revise compensation and benefits structures to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
- Manage payroll coordination and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure statutory and labor law compliance for all employees.
- Lead and prepare documentation for ISO audits.
Performance Management:
- Implement and support performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and reviews.
- Develop initiatives to recognize and motivate employees.
- Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement and performance improvements.
- Address employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
Learning and Development:
- Collaborate with L&D vendors to design and implement training programs based on business needs.
- Analyze training effectiveness and continuously improve development initiatives.
HR Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership and employees, addressing work-related concerns.
- Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Provide expertise in change management, organizational design, and talent management.
- Conduct career development discussions and recommend necessary policy improvements.
Administrative & Facility Management:
- Oversee payroll accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor office inventory and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Ensure compliance with workplace policies and regulations.
- Arrange visas and travel for foreign delegates.
- Handle dispute resolution involving contractors, employees, and government agencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams
