Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Diagnose and treat patients with mental health disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder).

Provide individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Prescribe appropriate medication and provide medication management.
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, interviews, and tests to determine mental health conditions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
Documentation Reporting:
Maintain accurate and timely medical records for all patients.
Prepare reports on patient progress and provide updates to family members or caretakers.

Requirements
Qualifications Skills:
Education:
Medical degree (MBBS) with a specialization in Psychiatry (MD or DNB in Psychiatry).
Experience:
3+ years of experience in psychiatric practice. Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
