Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat a wide range of health issues affecting children, from newborns to adolescents.
Conduct routine physical exams and developmental screenings.
Offer vaccinations and preventive healthcare to ensure children s well-being.
Provide guidance and education to parents on child health, nutrition, and development.
Manage chronic conditions and collaborate with specialists for complex cases.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Prescribe medications, recommend therapies, and perform necessary medical procedures.
Monitor and document growth and developmental milestones.
Provide emergency care in pediatric emergencies.
Work with medical staff to ensure the best outcomes for pediatric patients.
Documentation Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all pediatric patients.
Prepare reports on patient progress and treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations in all patient documentation.
Community Engagement:
Participate in health awareness programs and campaigns, particularly for pediatric health and wellness.
Educate parents and caregivers on preventive healthcare measures, vaccination schedules, and general child care.

Requirements
Qualifications Skills:
Education:
Medical degree (MBBS) with a specialization in Pediatrics (MD or DNB in Pediatrics).
Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in pediatric practice. Experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred.
