Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Diagnose and treat patients with specialized medical conditions related to your area of expertise (e.g., cardiology, dermatology, orthopedics, etc.).
Provide comprehensive medical assessments, determine appropriate treatments, and manage long-term care for patients with chronic conditions.
Offer second opinions and consultations to other healthcare professionals within the hospital.

Support junior doctors, residents, and medical students through guidance, mentorship, and supervision.
Documentation Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, ensuring all treatments and interventions are documented.
Prepare reports on patient conditions, progress, and treatment outcomes.
Ensure adherence to medical standards and compliance with hospital policies.
Community Involvement:
Engage in health awareness programs, community health camps, and outreach initiatives to promote better healthcare in the region.
Participate in patient education seminars to raise awareness about common medical conditions in your field.
Professional Development:
Stay current with the latest advancements and best practices in your area of specialty.
Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops, conferences, and training programs.
Requirements
Qualifications Skills:
Education: Medical degree (MBBS) with a specialization in a specific field (MD, DNB, or relevant certifications).
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical practice in your field of specialization. Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
Skills:
Expertise in diagnosing and treating complex medical conditions within your specialty.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse patient groups.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage medical emergencies.
Proficient in using medical equipment and technology relevant to your specialty.
