The Sales Strategic Projects & CRM Lead will oversee and manage key strategic initiatives, including the e-warranty portal , loyalty program management , CRM implementation , inventory management systems , and sales strategy development . This role is pivotal in driving domestic business growth, enhancing customer engagement tools , and strengthening the brand image. The incumbent will provide strategic leadership to ensure the successful execution of these initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
Lead the development, implementation, and management of strategic projects such as the e-warranty portal , CRM systems , and loyalty program management .
Ensure timely execution, monitor progress, and deliver outcomes in alignment with business objectives.
Sales Strategy Development & Execution :
Design and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth, improve customer engagement , and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Inventory & Ordering Management System :
Develop and manage inventory management systems to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Detailing Range Management :
Lead the expansion and optimization of the detailing range, ensuring it aligns with market demands and customer preferences.
Team Leadership :
Provide strategic leadership to the sales and project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Mentor and support team members, helping them achieve their full potential.
Brand Enhancement :
Drive initiatives to enhance the brand image in the domestic market, ensuring alignment with the company s values and long-term vision.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in communication and project execution.

Educational & Experience Requirements :

Experience : 15 to 18 years of proven experience in sales strategy development , CRM implementation , project management , and loyalty program management at a senior level, particularly in automotive OEM, automotive-related industries, or car accessories companies.
