Loyalty and Referral (L&R) - Sales- Pune West

Role & responsibilities -

Generate leads and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and online sources. • Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs and requirements. • Work with clients to develop a customized plan that meets their specific needs and goals. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry. • Fix meetings with the prospects to conduct need analysis and explain products with Sales teams • Work with cross-functional teams to implement campaign activity including Marketing team, Digital marketing teams, Loyalty Program Management teams & Retail teams • Activate participation and organization of multiple engagement activity for customers and employees to generate business. (Eg: Events, Etc) • Building and maintaining relation with internal stakeholders to aggressively drive

Objective of the role: Sourcing customers through the current Customer data base and updating them with the Project details and Special offers.
