SFDC Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP Interface Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resolving interface scenarios between SFDC and SAP, coupled with expertise in CRM workflows and providing customized solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• SFDC and SAP Interface Management: Lead the resolution of interface scenarios between Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP systems, ensuring seamless integration and resolving any related issues efficiently.
• CRM Workflow Optimization: Utilize working knowledge of CRM workflows in SFDC to optimize processes and provide custom solutions tailored to meet user needs and business requirements.
• End User Training: Conduct SFDC-related business training sessions for end users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to maximize system utilization. Collaborate closely with service partners to address SFDC-related issues effectively.
• Module Design and Execution: Design and execute role matrices in SAP and handle profile and role assignments in SFDC. Play a core role in the hands-on implementation of modules in SAP and SFDC.
• Project Management: Lead projects related to SAP S4 HANA and SFDC implementation, utilizing APIs for the Real Estate Industry. Define project scope, budget, and schedule, and conduct regular project status meetings with the team.
• Customer Relationship Management: Provide timely project progress updates, including any delays or issues, to customers, ensuring project deliverables meet their expectations. Develop and implement project management procedures and methodologies to ensure project success.
• Expense Management: Track, monitor, and control project expenses based on budgetary guidelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work closely with partners and functional groups to identify required enhancements and process changes, analyzing technical problems and providing recommendations and solutions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration).
• Extensive experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP systems, with a focus on interface management and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows and customization in SFDC.
• Proven experience in project management, including defining scope, budget, and schedule, and conducting status meetings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the Real Estate Industry is preferred.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
