Role Overview:
- As the Brand Manager at Tribeca, you will spearhead initiatives to position the brand as a leader in Mumbai's luxury real estate market.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance visibility, recognition, and loyalty in the luxury real estate segment.
- Align brand positioning with organizational objectives, ensuring consistency across all communication and consumer touchpoints.
- Champion consumer-first thinking to address business challenges and drive growth.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new project launches and ongoing developments in Mumbai.
- Create annual marketing plans encompassing both digital and traditional channels, such as Print, OOH, and BTL, with a focus on ROI.
- Oversee brand activation campaigns that resonate with target audiences, leveraging insights from consumer behavior and market trends.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct detailed market research to understand customer preferences, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Utilize insights to refine product positioning and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future efforts.
Integrated Campaign Management:
- Design and manage 360-degree marketing campaigns, ensuring effective integration of ATL and BTL strategies.
- Oversee digital and traditional media initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and project goals.
- Evaluate campaign performance metrics, ensuring timely adjustments for optimal results.
Content Creation & Oversight:
- Guide the development of engaging content across various formats, including advertisements, social media, brochures, and digital platforms.
- Ensure that all content reflects the brand's tone, values, and messaging.
- Monitor and maintain consistency in brand communication across all channels.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, creative, and digital, to ensure alignment between brand strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to execute campaigns effectively.
- Serve as a brand custodian, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all collaborations.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan and oversee high-impact brand events, including project launches, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors for seamless execution of on-ground and virtual events.
- Measure the success of events and incorporate feedback into future planning.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Promote skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Familiarity with real estate marketing practices, including ATL, BTL, and OOH strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of event planning and vendor management.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in Mumbai's real estate sector.
- Proven expertise in handling end-to-end marketing initiatives, including events, ATL, and BTL campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and ROI analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the luxury real estate segment.
- Knowledge of Mumbai's real estate market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Strong network with media, event management firms, and vendors.
