Public Relations Manager/Senior Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a PR Manager/Senior Manager to nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs.

The primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic public relations campaigns by working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, media outlets, and the public to effectively communicate our brand message, achievements, and initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

1.Developing Strategic PR Campaigns:

• Create and implement strategic public relations campaigns to elevate the reputation and visibility of the brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify key messages and target audiences for effective communication.

2. Media Relations Management:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets relevant to the brand.
• Pitch stories, press releases, and feature ideas to secure media coverage and generate positive publicity.

3. Content Creation and Distribution:

• Write, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, blog posts, and other content to promote company news, events, and milestones.
• Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and consistent with brand guidelines.

4. Event Coordination:

• Plan and coordinate press conferences, media briefings, industry events, and community outreach programs.
• Oversee logistics, invite lists, and promotional materials to ensure successful execution.

5. Digital PR and Social Media Management:

• Leverage digital platforms, including social media, online forums, and influencers, to amplify PR efforts and engage with target audiences.
• Monitor online conversations and respond promptly to inquiries and comments.

6. Internal Communication and Alignment:

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and senior leadership, to align PR activities with overall business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

7.Performance Measurement and Reporting:

• Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns using metrics such as media coverage, website traffic, and social media engagement.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience of minimum 5 years in public relations, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in digital PR tools and platforms, including social media management tools and analytics software.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
• Strong media relations skills, with a network of contacts in relevant industry publications and outlets.
• Crisis management experience and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to generate innovative PR ideas.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
