Sales MIS Executive

Position Overview:

The MIS (Management Information System) Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining data systems critical to the sales office operations. This role focuses on data accuracy, reporting, and supporting the sales and management teams with insights for decision-making. The MIS Executive ensures the seamless flow of information across departments while optimizing the use of technology.

Role & responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly sales report and project wise performance report of various sources.
• Managing Channel Partner Invoices, ensure & keep track of Brokerage payments & their records.
• Maintain statistics and data for completed Projects as well as ongoing projects for future use.
• Prepare presentations in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Google Sheet Dashboard as per the requirement of management

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking candidates who possess advanced proficiency in Excel, as this skill is critical for the role. Additionally, prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred, as it will enable the candidate to better understand the nuances of our industry. A minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree is mandatory for consideration.
