Aeron Composite Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced MIS MANAGER for our Manufacturing/Industrial division in Changodar (Ahmedabad) .

9 Functional Area / Specialization Manage and optimize MIS operations and data systems. Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. Collaborate with departments for smooth data flow Support decision-making through data analytics and reporting. Maintain and enhance MIS tools for operational efficiency. Fluent MIS Software

10 Qualification Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

11 Key skills 10.01 MIS tools, Advance Excel, SQL, and reporting systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Experience in data-driven decision support.

12 Job Description 12.01 Demonstrated mastery of Advance Excel, including advanced formulas and functionality, and experience with ERP9.

12.02 Prepare and deliver daily MIS reports to management.

12.03 Responsible for the preparation of special reports as needed.

12.04 Experience in managing physical documents and maintaining an organized filing system

12.05 Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.

12.06 Supervise administrative staff, assigning responsibilities to ensure optimal performance.

12.07 Create and update records and databases related to personnel, finances, and other relevant data.

12.08 Submit timely reports and prepare presentations or proposals as assigned

12.09 Provide support to colleagues whenever needed to foster a collaborative environment
