Executive- CAM Billing & Collections

Invoice Generation & Collections.

• Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to Brands/Residents for CAM, Untility, etc
• Ensure that invoices are in compliance with company policies, contracts, and legal requirements.
• Verify details such as billing address, quantity, price, discounts, and payment terms on each invoice.
• Address customer inquiries regarding billing discrepancies, incorrect charges, or payment-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve any disputes, working closely with other departments (sales, customer service, or finance) when necessary.
• Provide support and explanations for clients who need clarification on their invoices.
• Track and manage outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payment.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of payments, adjusting accounts as necessary.
• Follow up on overdue accounts by sending reminders and making calls to clients for payment collection.
• Contact clients to remind them of overdue payments and attempt to collect outstanding amounts.
• Process payments received via different methods (cheque, wire transfer, credit card, etc.) and update records accordingly.
• Ensure that all payments are accurately applied to the respective invoices and accounts.
• Coordinate with the finance team for the deposit of collected payments.

. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, outstanding payments, and collections activities for management.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of billing and collection activities, including communication logs and payment confirmations.
• Provide monthly or quarterly reports to management regarding the status of collections and any issues that may need attention.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and billing procedures.
• Proficiency in billing and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks/Tally, SAP, or similar tools).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing and record-keeping.

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple accounts at once.
