MIS Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparing Sales Plan, Monthly Review reports.
• Managing Daily and Monthly MIS Reports
• Keeping track for Target vs Achievement area wise to ensure steps required for corrective actions for field force team.
• Maintaining coordination between Logistics and Sales team for online dispatches
• Calculation of Incentive Authentication of Primary, Secondary Sales.
• Monitoring Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports of Sales Team.
• Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills
• Should have knowledge of Presentation preparation.
• Managing all the sales related (Back end Support) activity of the company.
• Supporting the sales team. Keeping accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
• Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
• Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department
• Payment Collections
• Hands on experience on Excel / Advance excel using formulas / Pivot Table / Charts/Graphical.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Any Qualification preferable

3. Telugu speaking mandatory

4. Immediate joiners preferable

5. Minimum 1+ Years of experience on Advance Excel, V look-Up , PIVOT Tables, Excel Formulas, Soft wares etc..

6. Retail industry preferable
