Role Description: As the Marketing Manager at Tribeca, you will be a part of the dynamic marketing team striving to shape the future of Mumbai's luxury real estate landscape. Here you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies to promote and position our products effectively in the market. You will play a key role in leading marketing initiatives for upcoming developments in the Mumbai region, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative customer experiences, and driving the Tribeca brand's growth in the western region. Your efforts will directly impact brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall business growth
Role & responsibilities:
1. Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and ongoing projects, ensuring increased visibility and awareness.
Create and execute the annual marketing plan while managing budgets for both digital and traditional channels (Print, OOH, BTL, etc.) with a focus on ROl-driven results.
Consumer first thinking to solve business problems and thereby driving growth
2. Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform product positioning and drive strategic decision-making.
3. Campaign Management:
Develop, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, ensuring effective use of budget, resources, and timelines to achieve KPIs.
4. Content Creation & Management:
Oversee the creation and deployment of compelling marketing content aligned with brand messaging.
Ensure consistent and effective deployment of brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, sales, digital, etc.), external agencies, and vendors to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives, supporting both lead generation and brand positioning.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in Marketing
5+ years of marketing experience in Mumbai's real estate landscape.
Proficiency in handling Events, ATL, BTL and vendors
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for
collaboration with diverse teams.
Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing content.
