This role is integral to designing and implementing cloud-based IT infrastructures that align with organizational goals while ensuring scalability, performance, and security. The Infra Architect will collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into advanced technical solutions. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: 1. Infrastructure Architecture Design: ? Develop and implement comprehensive cloud infrastructure architectures, including Landing Zones and VPC designs. ? Ensure alignment with performance, scalability, and security requirements. ? Create architecture blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications for cloud infrastructure. 2. Cloud Solution Implementation: ? Lead the design and deployment of AWS-based cloud infrastructures, including networking, security, and automation. ? Build and optimize Landing Zones to streamline multi-account setups and governance. ? Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes effectively. ? Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud strategies and roadmaps. 3. Technical Leadership and Governance: ? Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines for cloud infrastructure. ? Ensure adherence to AWS best practices in the design and implementation of architectures. ? Conduct technical reviews of projects and solutions to ensure alignment with organizational goals. 4. Security and Compliance: ? Implement and maintain robust security practices and compliance measures in cloud environments. ? Ensure secure configurations for VPCs, subnets, security groups, and IAM roles. ? Proactively identify and mitigate infrastructure risks, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery preparedness. 5. Research and Innovation: ? Stay updated on evolving AWS services, cloud technologies, and industry trends. ? Innovate and implement advanced solutions leveraging modern cloud-native technologies. 6. Documentation and Reporting: ? Create and maintain detailed documentation of cloud infrastructure designs, configurations, and operational procedures. ? Provide training and technical knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams. ________________________________________ Skills and Qualifications: 1. Education: ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master?s degree is preferred. 2. Experience: ? 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems architecture, with at least 4+ years of hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure solutions. ? Proven experience in designing and implementing AWS-native services, including Landing Zones, VPCs, and cloud migrations. 3. Certifications: ? Mandatory: AWS Certified Solutions Architect ? Associate ? Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect ? Professional 4. Technical Skills: ? Deep expertise in AWS infrastructure, including Landing Zones, VPC design, and networking. ? Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or equivalent. ? Strong understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and event-driven architectures. ? Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline). ? Advanced scripting skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell. ? Familiarity with AWS database services, including RDS, DynamoDB, and Aurora. ?
