Job Description
What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead UX Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances user satisfaction across all platforms.
- Conduct User Research: Oversee user research initiatives to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Design Oversight: Guide the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are feasible and aligned with technical constraints.
- Usability Testing: Lead usability testing sessions to identify issues and gather feedback for continuous improvement of the user experience.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
- Maintain Design Systems: Establish and manage design systems to ensure consistency across all products and enhance overall user experience.
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UX design to incorporate innovative ideas into the team s work.
- 10+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects and design expertise.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on user-centered B2B design principles.
- Engineering from NIT/ IIT/BITS/REC and other premier institutions.
- MBA or Executive MBA from ISB/IIM or a Top Business school.
