Job Responsibilities:

• Create schematic designs, including floor plans, storefront elevations, and other studies to support design merchandising and operational requirements while adhering to design guidelines, Brand strategy, and life-safety requirements.
• Responsible for coordination with architects and consultants for the creation and review of DD and CD documentation.
• Advocate for design integrity throughout the project lifecycle, including DD/CD review, shop drawings, and Landlord approval.
• Presents to Project head to solicit, analyze, and incorporate feedback.
• Accountable for accurate drawings to reflect design intent and owners supplied materials.
• Responsible for initiating revisions when necessary and communicating changes.
• Initiate development, review, and approve project-specific shop drawings in partnership with the Design Manager.
• Troubleshoot Jobsite requests with construction, general contractors, and manager
• Support Manager and/or Senior Design team with non-project tasks, renderings, SketchUp, and presentations
