Role & responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Build scalable data pipelines and automated reporting systems to monitor key business metrics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven optimization.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical growth
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring model performance and business impact
• Identify trends and patterns in customer behaviour to guide product strategy and design
• Work cross-functionally with customer, product, and business development teams to align analytics with broader company goals
