Associate Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
• Analysing Customer requirements and ensuring accurate project delivery in accordance to the client requirements.
• Preparation of Project plan in coordination with dependent teams.
• Ensuring all the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing a detailed project plan to set deadlines and track progress.
• monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
• Keeping track of the delegated tasks to different teams and ensuring they are delivered on time with no or very less discrepancies.

Candidate Requirement

• B.E or Bachelors in Computer Science
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Experience working in Agile Methodology
• Should be able to multi-task.
• Microsoft office knowledge.
• Knowledge or experience in Project tracking tools such as JIRA and Mantis.
• Leadership skills with confidence to handle multiple teams.
• Negotiation skills.
• Understanding of SDLC
