Procurement Manager

Qualification: B.E/B. Tech-Electrical

Experience:10-13 years preferably from Retail and QSR background

Job Responsibilities:

This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas:

• Strategic decision making for new and alternate vendor development & material rate finalization for entire capex.
• Procurement of all capex equipment like DG,electricals,Fixtures,ACs and refrigeration
• Tendering and Award of Contracts for capex equipment like DG,electricals,Fixtures,ACs and refrigeration
• Getting techno-commercial bids from reputed prospective vendors .
• Comparison of technical bids and bringing prospective vendors technically on par.
• Review Bid, Final Negotiation, Prepare & Present recommendation for selection of Vendor, Budget, Expenditure from Approval Authority.
• Finalizing rate contracts for all contracting work (Civil Interior / Electrical / HVAC / Fire work) & share of business
• Finalization of orders after negotiations both technically and commercially.
• Lead the execution & Perform commercial activity and ensure alignment with strategy inline to Project Management & Annual business development plan.
• Lead for Conducting RFX, E-Bidding, Auction, Prepare Techno Commercial Comparison, Negotiation, Selection & Recommendation of vendor for Authority Approval.
• Co-coordinating with the vendors & contractors regarding progress of the work and reporting the same to Project Head.
• Preparing Daily Progress Report, Monthly Progress Report and submitting the same to Project Head for review.
• Co-coordinating with the developer/ mall management for the smooth execution of the work.
• Checking quality of work and materials used at site by contractors.
• Coordinating with design, legal,finance,IT, etc teams for smooth opening of new stores.
• Tracking of physical & financial progress of project with bar charts
• Ensuring that work is carried out as per approved layouts and as per Company standards.
• Checking RA. Bills, measurement sheet of the contractors and closure of final bills of site.
• Working for continuous cost reduction through Value Engineering / alternate source development.
