Role & responsibilities

• Field Sales Officer main role is to visit the customer route wise (Preplanned) share all the information of Booker & take order from customer.
• Send the order through TAB and coordinate with respective Team Leaders for delivery as you committed delivery timeline (48 hours).
• FSA are not responsible for any kind of payment activity like taking responsibility of payment that is manage by transporter & operation team.
• Any issue customer has regarding payment respective Team Leader raise to store manager he will take up that and resolved.
• If FSA found any kind of payment activity with customer disciplinary action will be taken against him.
• FSA share his live location in every visit & after completing his market report to store.
• Design new robust routes with a min of 12-15 customers/route
• Ensure each FSA has min. 4routes/week
• Ensure min. 50active customers per FSA
• Inspect the FSA diary for customer seal/stamp to confirm the visit as per route
• Ensure the daily min. target of 10customer visit per day per route
• Ensure the min. target of 6-8 productive calls per day
