Lean and Digitization Manager

As a Lean and Digitization manager, you will contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization.

Digital :

- Oversee the digital transformation initiatives within the plant, ensuring seamless integration of digital tools and technologies

- Develop and maintain digital dashboards and reporting systems to provide real- time data and insights and Data Analysis

- Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and data- driven decision making and Implementation of Digital Tools for end to end manufacturing flows

- Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and data- driven decision- making and Implementation of - Digital Tools for end to end manufacturing flows

Lean:

- Own and drive the Lean transformation agenda across plants collaborating with all plant functions, as part of the Operations team.

- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to optimize plant operations.

- Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
