Assistant/Deputy Manager - Transformation - Pharma (4-10 yrs)

- Identify the opportunities for ROI backed digital and advanced analytics led transformations.

- Support end to end operations transformation of sites/businesses by conducting diagnostic, designing the interventions, executing the interventions and creating the plan of sustenance.

- Codification and continuous up-dation and improvement of structure and processes for sustainable delivery

- Participate in the development and implementation of LEAN SIX SIGMA business process strategies and tactical execution.

- Lead implementation of initiatives through waste, variability and lead time reduction, utilizing process improvement methodologies that deliver sustainable results. Develop best practice sharing across functional areas and businesses.

- Track, monitor and escalate full and consistent implementation. Act as an internal cross-functional expert

- Facilitate workshops and/or other forums to focus improvement, transfer knowledge, and engage team across businesses

- Provide leadership to fully leverage external and internal benchmarking and standardization. Alignment on metrics and goals with Extended Teams across

- Support sites/businesses/functions on lean governance agenda - as an integrated management infrastructure thru periodic review. Design & track all transformation KPI's thru digital dashboards to gauge and report progress made .

Person Profile .

Qualification - MBA in Operations/ Industrial Engineering

Experience - 5-8 Yrs. 3 to 5 years in Lean Six Sigma domain, including experience in any transformation initiatives preferably in Pharma. with recent years of Consulting experience.

Desired Certification & Must Have -

- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt is preferred)

- Proven track record in executing high impact operations transformation initiatives (Operational excellence/Lean/Six Sigma/TPM)

- Experience in directly working with consulting projects, internal change management projects and cost improvement projects with understanding in Lean Six Sigma

- Experience in cross functional business Cost improvement initiatives in Pharma/FMCG
