Title: Process Excellence Specialist

Location: Remote (US Shift 7pm IST to 4am IST)

About the Role:

- We are looking for a high-caliber Process Excellence professional to drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across our organization. This role is critical in enhancing operational workflows, ensuring seamless execution, and implementing best practices for scalability.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for process optimization, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive impactful changes. You'll be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, developing strategic frameworks, and leading process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and quality.

What You'll Do?

- Process Improvement & Standardization - Assess, design, and implement optimized workflows to drive efficiency and eliminate redundancies.

- Performance Analysis & Reporting - Establish key metrics, analyze process gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Automation & Technology Integration - Leverage automation tools and AI-powered solutions to enhance productivity.

- Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams across Marketing, Operations, and Client Services to align processes with business objectives.

- Training & Implementation - Develop SOPs, best practices, and training modules to ensure seamless execution and adoption.

- Quality & Compliance - Ensure all processes align with organizational standards, industry benchmarks, and best practices.

What You Need?

- 4+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Process Management, or Operations Strategy.

- Educational Background - IIT/IIM/XLRI/FMS Delhi/SP Jain (or equivalent top-tier institution).

- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and process automation tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive initiatives independently.

- Graveyard Shift (PST) - Must be comfortable working with US-based teams.
