Director - Digital Transformation - Manufacturing (12-16 yrs)

Job Description :-

The role involves leading Manufacturing Excellence related projects for clients in Food & Agri, CPG, and Manufacturing Industries. Focus areas include factory OEE improvements, cost optimisation, workforce productivity enhancement, Warehousing Excellence, Smart Factory roadmap and implementation oversight. Implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean principles is crucial part of role.

Profile Description :-

- Overall, 12+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 8 years in the manufacturing domain and at least 6 years of experience with consulting companies.

- Proven record of leading lean/Six Sigma projects across the manufacturing/supply chain area.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, result-oriented with great attention to detail.

- Proficiency in relevant consulting frameworks, industry tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN).

- Passion for Manufacturing, enjoy driving for improvements on the shopfloor

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
