We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Technical Architect with expertise in Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad.

As a Java Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient enterprise-level applications, leveraging your deep knowledge of Java technologies and EJB.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise-level Java applications with a focus on EJB and other Java EE technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, scope, and project timelines.

- Analyze and optimize existing architecture to enhance system performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Provide expert guidance on best practices, design patterns, and implementation strategies for Java-based applications.

- Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and timelines.

- Ensure effective integration of Java-based systems with other platforms and technologies.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks, providing solutions for complex technical challenges.

- Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Review and approve technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, design specifications, and code reviews.

- Engage in direct communication with stakeholders to ensure the technical solution aligns with business requirements.

- Architect end-to-end technical solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security while aligning with client and business requirements.

- Guide cross-functional teams in the adoption and implementation of architectural best practices, standards, and emerging technologies.

- Lead technical reviews, ensuring compliance with design principles and addressing challenges.

- Research and implement innovative technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system performance and efficiency.

- Define and maintain architectural governance processes, ensuring consistent design practices across projects.

- Lead and mentor the architectural team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with Java/J2EE/JEE and Microservices.

- Proven experience as an architect developing high-level architecture and technical solutions.

- Expertise in Spring Framework, Microservices, JPA/ORM, Restful APIs, CI/CD, AWS/Azure.

- Experience with responsive design and mobile development.

- Familiarity with modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
