- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Understand the clients' business needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Develop and implement account management plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, support) to ensure client satisfaction and address their needs.
- Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with key accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to key accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and forecast key account sales and revenue.
- Provide strategic input to improve customer experience and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in key account management or sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
