Assistant Manager - Supply Chain.

Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai.

Travel: Will have to travel to BECO facilities Pan India for compliance and monitoring.

PROFILE SUMMARY.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Logistics & fulfilment network design for all channels.

- Designing of the DC/ warehouse operations for the storage & distribution of BECO products.

- Identify C&F /3P for BECO operations Pan India.

- New Vendor development for fulfilment and logistics Pan India.

- Develop strategies for operational efficiency, reduced TAT and cost.

- Drive the demand planning exercise to mitigate stock out risks.

- Develop SOP's and KRA's for operations and monitor the adherence level.

- Production planning basis the monthly forecast.

- Ensure OTIF for all channels basis the forecast and the subsequent production plan.

REQUIREMENT:

- 3-10 years of relevant experience.

- Must have handled a team of 8-10 employees.

- Effective communication skills.

- Must be fluent in Hindi, English & Marathi.

Skills:

- Production planning and control.

- Demand & supply planning.

- New vendor development and negotiation.
