Manager - Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.

- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure their continuous development.

- Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including forecasting, procurement, and optimization of stock levels.

- Analyze and streamline logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

- Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials.

- Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures throughout the supply chain.

- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.

- Leverage data analytics to gain insights into supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in supply chain management, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, operations) to ensure seamless integration of the supply chain with other business functions.

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (highly preferred).

- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the supply chain management domain.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing supply chain strategies.

- In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.

- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.

- Experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for supply chain optimization.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
