Job Title: Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager to manage our digital marketing efforts. This role requires expertise in crafting impactful social media campaigns, managing paid media, driving app download strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. We are seeking a candidate who can bring a strategic mindset, an eye for creative storytelling, and a proven ability to deliver measurable results in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive engagement and brand awareness across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Curate a monthly social media calendar detailing campaigns, themes, and key events.
  
• Performance Marketing Campaigns:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Strategize and manage app download campaigns with a focus on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and retention.
• Leverage programmatic advertising tools to reach targeted audiences efficiently.
  
• Content Collaboration:
• Collaborate with content writers to produce platform-specific creative assets, including app-focused banners, videos, and carousels.
• Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  
• Data Analysis & Optimization:
• Analyze campaign performance, monitor key KPIs, and generate actionable insights for optimization.
• Use analytics tools like Google Analytics,Facebook Business Manager, and Appsflyer to measure effectiveness.
  
• Community Management:
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and address feedback to build a loyal online community.
• Drive UGC (User Generated Content) campaigns to amplify brand credibility.
  
• Cross-functional Coordination:
• Work with product, sales teams and external agencies to align messaging and ensure campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or masters degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 4+ years in social media management, performance marketing, or app-based campaign roles.
• Proven success in executing app download campaigns and scaling app engagement.

• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in managing ads on platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Appsflyer, Tableau or similar platforms).
