The Challenge for You :

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivery management, partner, and client engagement. A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, innovative design, and maintaining excellent quality are essential for us.

Your Day at ToneTag :

- Ensure smooth project management, including timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Successfully manage relationships with partner entities.

- Engage in continual and profitable client engagement.

- Understand customer requirements from external agencies and pitch products accordingly.

- Act as a bridge between the product, tech, and expansion teams in product delivery.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of delivery.

- Ensure resource availability and allocation.

- Develop a detailed delivery plan to monitor and track progress.

- Manage changes to the delivery schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

- Measure delivery performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report and escalate to management as needed.

- Perform risk management to minimize delivery risks.

- Define better delivery management practices to help ToneTag establish its might in the industry.

- Keep self and the team updated on the latest trends and developments in the industry.

What You Need :

- Solid technical background with an understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant industry experience.

- Understanding of the Product Life Cycle.

- Proven working experience in delivery management in the information technology sector.

- Knowledge of JIRA, Gantt Chart, Complete Project Plan.

- Architectural knowledge of iOS apps, Android apps, Web API, and Desktop apps.

- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Proactive, great team player, self-learner about new artifacts or industry trends.

Great to Haves :

- Experience in tech delivery management in the payments industry will be a plus.

- Highly motivated person with a passion for programming and result orientation.

- Ability to handle projects and delivery independently.

- Great communication skills, preferably in both English and Hindi.
