About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our digital campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI, brand visibility, and audience engagement. If you are passionate about data-driven strategies, campaign optimization, and delivering measurable outcomes, wed love to have you on our team.Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
2. Data Analysis & Optimization:
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
3. Strategy Development:
• Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and target new customer acquisition channels.
4. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Coordinate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
5. Reporting & Insights:
• Generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend optimizations and new initiatives.

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
• Proven track record of achieving performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing high-budget campaigns.
• Familiarity with SEO and email marketing is a plus.
• Background in [specific industry, e.g., e-commerce, fintech, etc.] is advantageous.
