Profile Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Growth & Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and overall marketing strategy. You'll be responsible for building and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, leading performance marketing and SEO efforts, and ensuring the sustainable growth of Hiked while aligning with our mission to help individuals bridge the gap between education and career success. Qualification and Requirements:

• Experience: 4-8 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing in a SaaS, edtech, or startup environment.
• Revenue & Profitability: Proven experience driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic marketing and performance optimization.
• Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to think outside the box to create innovative marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and long-term growth.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of marketers. Capable of leading initiatives and executing independently.
• Growth Mindset: Focused on continuous learning, experimenting, and iterating on marketing strategies to achieve growth goals.
